Vintage oak file drawers
This fabulous little set of vintage office drawers have been given a new lease of life. They have been painted in Annie Sloan “Athenian black” chalk paint and they have then had a black wax finish. The original metal handles have had a face lift with some bronzing wax.
Inside the drawers would have once has a gap along the middle of the bottom of the drawer to fit the spring system however at some point these have been covered fairly crudely so that the drawers can be used without everything falling out. These would be very attractive sitting on a shelf and could store old photos or love letters?
